Otterly Adorable! These otters are the ones I made for my 'How-To' video and won’t be recreated making them truly exclusive pieces! They are unique pieces made from papier-mâché, paint, and paper, and they have a small trap door for filling with candy. Each one has a heart-shaped chocolate attached as decoration.(please note: not edible).
